You may return your item within 7 days of receipt for any reason

*Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

*Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

*For non-quality-related returns beyond this period, customers must cover both shipping costs and the 25% restocking fee.

*We encourage thoughtful selection; our team will gladly assist before your purchase.

7-Day Warranty

If your item develops a quality issue within 7 days of receipt, please contact us for a free repair or replacement.
We will cover the repair and reshipment cost for verified quality-related issues.

After 7 Days

For issues beyond 7 days, caused by wear, usage, or accidental damage, we do not provide refunds.
However, we do offer repair services — the customer will only need to cover two-way shipping costs, and repair fees (if applicable) will depend on the level of damage.
